| Criminal Justice Division of Texas-Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) – VOCA monies help fund salaries for our Service Coordinators that assist with information and referrals for our primary and secondary victims. VOCA also helps Patsy’s House provide professional counseling to victims and their non-offending family at no cost to them.
Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas, Inc.-(CAC Texas) – Patsy’s House received a grant from CAC Texas last year to help support the operations and program services in Archer, Clay, Montague and Wichita Counties. This grant helps underwrite salaries and training.
National Children’s Alliance (NCA) - Patsy's House received a support grant through NCA as part of a national grant from the US Department of Justice to support programs for victims of crime.
Foundations - Over the past year funding from various foundations has made it possible for Patsy’s House to complete renovations to the Wichita Falls facility, pay salary for the Forensic Interviewer, and continue to provide support for victims and their non-offending family at our satellite office in Bowie.
DONATING
Community Donors - Patsy's House depends upon local individuals, civic organizations, churches and foundations for approximately 40% of its budget, as well as in-kind support and aid with special programs for families. Patsy’s House can’t exist to help children unless we have donations from the community. We depend upon private donors, small businesses and local corporations to help us meet our financial goals. Patsy’s House needs your help to continue breaking the cycle of child abuse in Archer, Clay, Montague and Wichita counties.
